All-Age Advocacy Support Service for Suffolk

Suffolk County Council is seeking a provider to deliver comprehensive advocacy services for eligible adults, children, and young people across Suffolk. The service will include all statutory advocacy requirements plus selective non-statutory advocacy support. The current contract ends on 31 March 2027, and a replacement service is required to commence on 1 April 2027. The initial contract term is 3 years with an optional 24-month extension. Please note that Local Government Reform will create 3 unitary authorities in Suffolk from 1 April 2028, which may necessitate service restructuring into smaller geographical areas, potentially affecting contract scope, finances, and reporting requirements. The total estimated cost over 5 years is approximately £4,500,000, exclusive of VAT where applicable. These services are understood to be VAT exempt.
