    Brief

We are seeking qualified providers to deliver domiciliary (home care) services to residents in accordance with the Care Act 2014. This procurement will enable residents to have greater choice and control over their care arrangements, supporting them to achieve their goals and maintain independence. As a supplier, you will help us generate social value, create local employment opportunities, and strengthen our care market. We are using a competitive flexible procedure with two stages: a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) to shortlist participants, followed by an Invitation to Tender (ITT). The contract will have an initial three-year term with extension options. The local care market is competitive and well-established, with diverse providers operating at local and national levels. Key benefits include achieving best value, supporting local economic growth, and fostering collaborative relationships with the Council.
