Source-to-Pay Platform Procurement

Maximus is seeking a strategic Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform to transform procurement operations across the organisation. The solution must deliver integrated functionality spanning Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoice Automation, and Spend Analytics & Reporting, with seamless integration to SAP as the finance system of record. Key objectives include improved procurement governance, contract visibility, supplier management, user experience, process compliance, and reporting capabilities. Evaluation will prioritize SAP integration capability, CLM functionality, user experience and adoption, end-to-end S2P capabilities, and total cost of ownership. Mandatory requirements include proven SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration, mature CLM with contract repository and workflows, support for global operations across multiple countries and currencies, ISO 27001/Cyber Essentials Plus and GDPR compliance, enterprise-scale delivery experience, and UK-based implementation and support resources. Suppliers must confirm compliance with all mandatory criteria and provide relevant customer references.
