Strategic Source-to-Pay Platform Implementation

Maximus is seeking a Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform to transform procurement operations across the organisation. The solution must deliver integrated capabilities including Contract Lifecycle Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Procure-to-Pay, Invoice Automation, and Spend Analytics & Reporting, while maintaining seamless integration with SAP as the finance system of record. Key Objectives: Improve procurement governance, contract visibility, supplier management, user experience, process compliance and reporting capabilities. Mandatory Requirements: Suppliers must demonstrate: (1) Proven SAP integration capability with ECC, S/4HANA or SAP by Design and customer references; (2) Mature Contract Lifecycle Management with repository, workflows, version control and renewal management; (3) Global operating model supporting multiple countries, currencies, languages and tax jurisdictions; (4) Security & Compliance certifications including ISO 27001/Cyber Essentials Plus, GDPR compliance, role-based access controls and audit logging; (5) Enterprise-scale delivery experience with relevant customer references; (6) UK-based implementation and support resources with proven methodology. Evaluation will prioritise SAP Integration Capability, Contract Lifecycle Management, User Experience and Adoption, End-to-End Source-to-Pay Functionality, and Total Cost of Ownership.
