Future Employment Support Service – Partnership Opportunity

Maximus is seeking partners to help deliver Future Employment Support, a new service providing personalised support to out-of-work Universal Credit claimants. The service will offer tailored assistance including skills training, work experience, job matching, self-employment support, interview coaching, health and wellbeing support, childcare and travel assistance, and specialist services like ESOL. Maximus is building a diverse supply chain and welcomes applications from skills providers, community organisations, recruitment specialists, health and disability support providers, ESOL organisations, and specialist niche providers. Priority is given to organisations with proven employment support experience, ability to deliver intensive interventions, local knowledge, employer connections, experience with complex needs, innovative delivery models, and commitment to collaboration. Market engagement activities will include webinars, one-to-one discussions, and information requests. Early participation allows for co-design and collaboration as the service develops. SMEs, VCSE organisations, and local providers are particularly encouraged to express interest. Important: participation in engagement does not guarantee future involvement in procurement. Maximus will not cover bid costs and reserves the right to amend, delay, or terminate the process at its discretion.
