    Brief

    Maximus is seeking partners to help deliver Future Employment Support for out-of-work Universal Credit claimants. We are building a diverse supply chain to provide personalised, tailored support including: skills and training, work experience, job matching and brokering, self-employment support, application and interview assistance, health and workplace support, and specialist services like ESOL and addiction support. We are actively recruiting partners across multiple sectors: - Specialist skills and training providers - Local and community-based organisations - Employer engagement and recruitment specialists - Health, wellbeing and disability support providers - ESOL and inclusion-focused organisations - Organisations supporting people with complex or multiple barriers Ideal partners will have: proven employment support experience, ability to deliver intensive personalised interventions, strong local presence, employer engagement capability, experience with complex needs, innovative or evidence-based approaches, and commitment to collaboration. Maximus is conducting market engagement activities including events, webinars, one-to-one discussions, and Requests for Information (RFI) to co-design and develop our service offer. We particularly encourage SMEs, VCSE organisations, and specialist local providers to express interest. Please note that participation in engagement does not guarantee future involvement, and Maximus will not be liable for any costs incurred in responding to this opportunity.
