Six-Month Paid Jobs Programme for Young People (National Rollout)

The Jobs Guarantee is a fully-funded employment programme offering eligible 18-24-year-olds a six-month paid job opportunity. Participants must have been on Universal Credit and seeking work for at least 18 months. The scheme aims to break the cycle of long-term youth unemployment by providing meaningful work experience, skills development, and wraparound support to help young people transition into sustained employment. Participants will work 25 hours per week (fully funded, with potential for employers to add additional hours or higher wages) and receive tailored support throughout. We are seeking experienced Delivery Partner organisations to administer the scheme, source and match suitable jobs with young people, provide ongoing support and training, and ensure participants' successful transition into long-term employment. The contract runs for two years from November 2026. Delivery Partners will be responsible for participant matching, employer engagement, wraparound support delivery, end-of-placement support, monitoring, and reporting.
