Serco Future Employment Support Partnership

Serco is seeking partner organisations to support the Department for Work and Pensions' Future Employment Support (FES) programme. FES helps unemployed Universal Credit claimants find work, gain sustainable employment and progress in their careers through personalised, locally tailored support. Services may include skills training, work experience, job placement, self-employment support, coaching, health and wellbeing interventions, and specialist support in areas such as mental health, substance misuse, disability support and English language provision. Serco welcomes expressions of interest from organisations of all sizes including small businesses, voluntary and community sector organisations, and social enterprises. Priority is given to skills and training providers, community organisations, employer engagement specialists, health and disability support providers, ESOL and inclusion-focused organisations, and specialists supporting people with complex barriers to employment. Successful partners should demonstrate employment support experience, strong local connections, ability to support complex needs, effective employer engagement, person-centred service delivery, and commitment to collaboration. Serco will engage potential partners through market engagement events, workshops, one-to-one meetings and co-design sessions. Completion of an expression of interest does not guarantee selection but will inform partner engagement and solution development.
