Jobs Guarantee Delivery Partner Recruitment (2026-2028)

The UK Government is seeking experienced delivery organizations to help run the Jobs Guarantee scheme from November 2026 for two years. This fully-funded program provides six-month paid employment (25 hours per week) to unemployed 18-24-year-olds who have been on Universal Credit for 18 months or longer. Delivery Partners will be responsible for recruiting participants, sourcing and matching them with suitable employers, providing wraparound support and training throughout the placement, and monitoring outcomes. The scheme aims to break cycles of long-term youth unemployment by enabling participants to gain work experience, skills, and confidence needed for sustained employment.
