Serco Partner Opportunity: Future Employment Support Programme

Serco is seeking partners to deliver the Department for Work and Pensions' Future Employment Support (FES) programme, which provides personalised employment support to unemployed Universal Credit claimants. The programme aims to help participants move closer to work, enter sustainable employment and progress in their careers through tailored interventions including skills training, work experience, job brokerage, self-employment support, coaching, health and wellbeing services, and specialist support such as ESOL and disability services. We welcome expressions of interest from organisations of all sizes—including SMEs, VCSEs, social enterprises and specialist providers. We are particularly interested in skills and training providers, community and voluntary organisations, employer engagement specialists, health and wellbeing providers, ESOL and inclusion-focused organisations, and those supporting people with complex barriers to employment. Ideal partners will demonstrate success in supporting people into employment, strong local knowledge and community relationships, experience with complex needs, effective employer engagement, personalised delivery, innovative approaches, and commitment to collaboration. Serco will engage potential partners through market events, webinars, regional workshops, one-to-one discussions and co-design sessions.
