    Brief

Sheffield City Council is seeking suppliers to deliver supported accommodation services for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. The council will commission one service for families and five services for single people. These commissions aim to maintain service continuity, transform service delivery, improve targeting of support to those who need it most, and achieve better outcomes including sustainable housing moves and reduced repeat homelessness. Key documents outlining the commissioning proposals are available on the Sheffield Council democracy website. Interested suppliers are invited to attend a free online market engagement event via Microsoft Teams on 21 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, where detailed requirements will be presented and questions can be answered. To register, submit your name, organisation, and attendees' email addresses through the Mercell/EU Supply portal messaging system. A formal tender process will follow this engagement event.
