    Brief

Cambridgeshire Council is establishing a multi-provider framework to commission regulated homecare services for adults aged 18 and over across the county. Services will support older people, people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and other eligible service users through defined geographic area lots to ensure local responsiveness. The Council seeks providers who demonstrate strong quality and safeguarding standards, offer flexible and responsive delivery including hospital discharge support, invest in workforce stability and fair pay, collaborate effectively with health and community partners, and use innovative, outcomes-focused care approaches. The framework reflects the Council's priorities to deliver place-based services, strengthen local care markets, improve care consistency and quality, support a sustainable provider base, embed strengths-based and preventative approaches, and achieve value for money while maintaining high care standards.
