    Brief

    Oxfordshire County Council seeks a Lived Experience Advisory Coordinator to expand and manage a group of adult and child victim-survivors of domestic abuse who advise on council strategy, service commissioning, and delivery. The role builds on existing arrangements since 2022 and now extends to include young people and children affected by domestic abuse. The coordinator will facilitate the group's participation in the Domestic Abuse Strategic Board and its subgroups, support co-production of domestic abuse and safe accommodation strategies, and ensure the voices of victim-survivors with diverse protected characteristics inform council decision-making. This contract fulfills requirements under the Domestic Abuse Act 2021.
