Student ID Card Production and Delivery Services for Atlantic Technological University

Atlantic Technological University seeks a supplier to provide student ID card production and delivery services under a framework agreement starting in Academic Year 2026/27. The supplier will handle two main services: (1) production and mailing of personalized student ID cards from uploaded student photographs and details, with approximately 19,000 cards needed annually in bulk batches starting September and ongoing throughout the year; and (2) supply of approximately 1,500 blank cards annually for ATU's in-house printing of replacement cards. The supplier must design cards to ATU specifications, ensure GDPR compliance and data security, obtain proof approval before production, indicate relevant industry standards, and provide a weekly delivery schedule for ongoing requests. All processes must be secure, effective, and compliant with regulations.
