A Kentish Ceremony Brand and Marketing Services

Kent County Council is seeking a single supplier to deliver integrated brand and marketing services for A Kentish Ceremony, a Council service promoting ceremony services and licensed venues across Kent. The supplier will manage seven connected service areas: brand stewardship and strategic positioning, annual brand and content planning, magazine production and growth, website management and SEO improvement, social media management and digital marketing, and advertising sales and income generation. The service must be delivered as a cohesive, integrated offering across multiple channels including a quarterly magazine, website, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment with Council priorities. The supplier will work closely with Kent County Council officers from Libraries, Registration and Archives, Marketing and Insight, and Commercial teams. This is a revenue-based contract where the supplier provides services free of charge to the Council and generates income through advertising sales in publications and on digital platforms. The supplier must maintain a clear and trusted Council voice while promoting ceremony services and licensed venues to customers.
