Supported Accommodation Provider for Care Experienced Young People

West Dunbartonshire Children's Services is seeking an experienced provider to deliver supported accommodation and independent living support for care experienced young people aged 16-25. The service will operate from a property in West Dunbartonshire accommodating 6-8 young people and will provide 24/7, 365-day staffed support. Key responsibilities include: delivering practical independent living skills training; supporting young people through life transitions; providing relationship-focused, strength-based care that respects individual rights and promotes positive outcomes; and offering flexible outreach support as needed. The successful provider will work collaboratively with young people, their families, and support networks to understand their needs and aspirations. This is a partnership opportunity to co-produce a resilient service that aligns with the council's commitment to care experienced young people.
