    West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is seeking an experienced and creative service provider to develop community-based support for children and young people with disabilities and their families. This opportunity is part of their 5-year strategic plan to enhance children's services. The successful provider will deliver a flexible, needs-led service that supports children at home and in their communities, using an evidence-based, whole-family approach. Services should help young people achieve their personal outcomes through individualized support and engaging activities. The HSCP is committed to incorporating family feedback and experiences into service design. Interested providers are invited to a consultation event on Tuesday, July 28th at West Dunbartonshire HSCP offices, 16 Church Street, Dumbarton, G82 1QL, to discuss plans and share expertise on building a resilient and inclusive service.
