Community Support Services for Adults with Additional Needs (18-65 years)

West Dunbartonshire Council and West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership are establishing an Open Flexible Framework to provide community support services for adults aged 18 to 65 years with additional support needs. Eligible support needs include: learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, physical disabilities, cognitive impairments (including acquired brain injury), sensory impairments, and mental health challenges. Services will be delivered through Self Directed Support Options 2 and 3, using an outcomes-focused, person-centred approach that prioritises independence, quality of life, and supporting individuals to live their chosen lives within their communities. The Framework will remain open for ongoing provider applications. Providers may apply for one or more Lots within the Framework.
