Construction Work for Sports Facility Renovation

The GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company responsible for managing over 50 public schools in southern Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) as well as buildings for higher education and municipal purposes. This project involves the restructuring and renovation of the sports facility located at Heubergredder 38 in the Hamburg-Nord district. The existing natural grass pitch will be converted into an artificial turf pitch suitable for football league matches and will be relocated within the site. Existing tennis courts will be dismantled and also relocated on the premises. The playing fields will be equipped with floodlighting and an irrigation system. Existing functional buildings will be demolished and replaced with a new functional building that includes changing rooms, sanitary facilities, a club office, and spaces for movement and gatherings. This specific contract pertains to the flooring work (Estrich) for the new clubhouse being constructed on the Alsterdorf sports campus, which is planned to be a two-story building with approximately 500 square meters of gross floor area.
