Sanitary Facilities Construction at Heubergredder 38

The GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company responsible for managing over 50 public schools in southern Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) as well as buildings for higher education and municipal construction. This project involves the restructuring and renovation of the sports facility at Heubergredder 38 in the Hamburg-Nord district. The existing natural grass pitch will be converted into an artificial turf pitch for football league matches and relocated within the site. Existing tennis courts will be dismantled and also relocated. The playing fields will be equipped with floodlights and an irrigation system. Existing functional buildings will be demolished and replaced with a new functional building that includes changing rooms, sanitary facilities, a club office, and spaces for movement and social interaction.
