    Brief

This procedure aims to achieve the investment objective of "Construction of a 6.8 MW Solar Power Plant". The main goal pursued by the Beneficiary is to produce electricity from renewable sources by installing new renewable energy production capacities for self-consumption, intended for administrative territorial units and their subdivisions. Investment in renewable energy technologies ensures the primary goal of increasing the efficiency of energy source utilization, contributing to energy independence and economic competitiveness at the European level. These efforts align with the European Union's commitment to achieving the objectives set in Directive (EU) 2018/2001, which promotes the use of energy from renewable sources. Furthermore, the program aims to increase the share of renewable energy in total primary energy consumption. This involves not only increasing the installed capacity for producing electricity and thermal energy from renewable sources but also replacing a portion of the fossil fuels consumed each year - coal, natural gas. Thus, the goal is to achieve a more efficient economy in terms of resource utilization, more environmentally friendly and competitive, leading to sustainable development, which is based, among other things, on a high level of protection and improvement of environmental quality. Considering the need for increased efficiency in resource utilization and improving environmental quality, the establishment of a photovoltaic power plant is justified to ensure the production of solar energy necessary for the self-consumption of administrative territorial units and their subordinate units, including for the energy needed for public lighting. The main works (design and execution) regarding the "Construction of a 6.8 MW Solar Power Plant" consist of: construction works, fencing, and utility provision. According to the general estimate made within the feasibility study, the total estimated value for the design and execution of the works is 33,772,359.38 lei excluding VAT, consisting of: 1.2 Land development 252,465.00 2.
