    Brief

The contract involves establishing framework agreements for the supply of shredders, referred to as 'goods' in the documentation. Suppliers can submit partial offers divided into five tasks: 1) Task 1 – supply of P-4 desktop shredders, 2) Task 2 – supply of P-4 office shredders, 3) Task 3 – supply of P-5 office shredders, 4) Task 4 – supply of P-7 office shredders, 5) Task 5 – supply of industrial shredders. Detailed descriptions of the goods are provided in Chapter XIX of the documentation and in Annex 5 (specific to each task). For tasks 1-4, the contractor must provide a 36-month warranty and guarantee for the offered goods, while for task 5, a 12-month warranty and guarantee is required. The buyer requires the supplier to specify the manufacturer and model/type or other identifying information for the offered goods in their bid. Failure to provide this information will result in the rejection of the bid. The term 'Manufacturer' refers to the name of the company under which the goods are sold or the entrepreneur introducing the goods into circulation in Poland. The buyer requires the submission of catalog cards for the offered goods, which must include at least: the name of the Manufacturer and model/type or other identifying information, as well as technical parameters for tasks 1-4 such as: Security Level DIN 66399, number of A4 sheets (80g) shredded at once, type of media shredded, width of the entry slot, capacity of the waste bin, and motor power. For task 5: Security Level DIN 66399, width of the entry slot, number of A4 sheets shredded at once, cutting efficiency (kg) per hour, and capacity of the waste bin. Equivalent evidence may be accepted if it confirms that the offered goods meet the buyer's requirements. If the supplier does not submit the required evidence or if the evidence is incomplete, the buyer will request its submission or completion within a specified timeframe. The buyer will not request the submission or completion of evidence if it serves to confirm compliance with the characteristics or criteria specified in the evaluation criteria description or if the bid is subject to rejection despite the submission of the evidence. The buyer may request clarifications from suppliers regarding the content of the evidence. Evidence prepared in a foreign language must be submitted with a translation into Polish. The buyer anticipates canceling the procedure if the public funds intended for financing the order are not granted.
