    The contract involves establishing a framework agreement for the supply of computers. Detailed descriptions of the required goods are provided in Annex 5 to the SWZ (Relevant to the Task) and Chapter XIX of the SWZ. Suppliers may submit partial offers divided into the following tasks: 1) Task 1: Supply of office computers with office software package, 2) Task 2: Supply of office computers, 3) Task 3: Supply of graphic computers, 4) Task 4: Supply of graphic computers with office software package, 5) Task 5: Supply of reinforced computers with office software package, 6) Task 6: Supply of reinforced computers, 7) Task 7: Supply of portable office computers with office software package, 8) Task 8: Supply of portable office computers, 9) Task 9: Supply of portable graphic computers, 10) Task 10: Supply of portable graphic computers with office software package. The contracting authority may first evaluate offers and then qualify the contractor whose offer is rated highest, checking for exclusion grounds and compliance with participation conditions. Suppliers must submit specific evidence with their offers, including ISO9001 certification or equivalent for the manufacturer, CE declaration, EPEAT certification, and other environmental compliance documents. The delivery location is within Warsaw and surrounding counties. Suppliers must not be excluded based on specific legal grounds. The contracting authority may cancel the procedure if public funds are not allocated. Changes to the contract may be anticipated.
