Emergency Power Supply Equipment for Telecommunications

This contract involves the supply and installation of telecommunications power supply systems. Suppliers are required to provide a minimum 24-month warranty on the delivered systems. Detailed specifications can be found in attachments 5 and 6 of the procurement documents. The contracting authority may first evaluate the offers before qualifying the suppliers whose offers are rated highest (positions 1 to 3), unless fewer suppliers submit non-rejectable offers. The authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement if the public funds intended for the contract are not allocated. Changes to the contract are outlined in attachments 6 and 6a. Additionally, the contracting authority informs that the data controller for personal data is the Chief of the Warsaw Police, with oversight by the data protection officer. The deadline for binding offers is January 7, 2026, and the authority does not require proof of meeting conditions specified in Article 112, paragraph 2 of the law.
