Aircraft Engine Repair Services

This contract involves the comprehensive repair of a Kalisz ASz-62IR-16 aircraft engine and its associated components, as detailed in Annex A of the specifications document. The total duration for the completion of the work is 4 months from the date of contract signing. Payment for the repair services will be structured as follows: 30% of the total repair cost will be paid upon acceptance of the first stage of work, and the remaining 70% will be paid after the final acceptance (stage 2). The buyer is committed to paying the supplier for the services rendered via bank transfer to the supplier's treasury account. The buyer will retrieve the invoice from the national electronic invoicing system RO e-Factura and will make the payment within a maximum of 60 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information 11 days before the deadline for receiving offers.
