Supply of Parachute Drop Aircraft

The contract involves the supply of a parachute drop aircraft that meets the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents. The aircraft, ready for flight, must be delivered to an airfield of the Romanian Aeroclub. The acceptance of the aircraft will take place at locations agreed upon by both parties, at the supplier's expense, within 3 months of the contract signing, but no later than November 20, 2025. The contracting authority will pay the contract price from its own funds within a maximum of 30 calendar days after receiving the invoice along with the acceptance of the aircraft, without any obligations. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
