    Brief

Nottinghamshire County Council is looking to create an Open Framework for providers to deliver residential care for children with complex needs, including those exhibiting sexualized behaviors. This care can be provided on both a planned and emergency basis. The services are primarily intended for children in Nottinghamshire, ensuring they can access health and education support. However, care may also be provided outside the county, specifically within a 30-mile radius of Nottinghamshire's border, except for services aimed at children with harmful sexual behaviors. This framework will be a multi-provider agreement, allowing the Council to reopen the tender process during the framework's duration to include new providers. The initial agreement will last for two years, from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2028, with the possibility of extending for up to eight years total (2+2+2) until August 31, 2034. Bidders must review all supporting documents before submitting their applications. Please note that this framework does not cover supported accommodation.
