    Brief

Wolverhampton City Council is establishing a multi-lot framework to commission violence prevention and intervention services in response to the serious impact of violence on individuals, families and communities. The Council and its partners are adopting a public health approach to violence prevention, focusing on understanding underlying causes and risk factors. The framework will support the delivery of evidence-based services including prevention, early intervention, community engagement and targeted support for individuals at increased risk of becoming victims or perpetrators of violence, in line with the Serious Violence Duty Statutory Guidance (2022). This procurement is reserved for Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises (VCSEs) and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) established or operating within Wolverhampton. Eligible organisations must demonstrate their VCSE and/or SME status and local presence within the City of Wolverhampton to participate.
