Supply of Unmarked Passenger Cars

This contract involves the delivery of up to 20 passenger cars in segment D, divided into two tasks: Task 1 - up to 5 passenger cars with enhanced specifications in an unmarked version; Task 2 - up to 15 passenger cars with standard specifications in an unmarked version. Detailed requirements for the vehicles are outlined in Annex 2 of the Technical Specification. The supplier is responsible for delivering the vehicles to the buyer's warehouse located at 109 Mogilska Street, Krakow, and will bear the transportation costs. The supplier must provide a warranty for each delivered vehicle, as specified in Annex 2, but it must not be shorter than the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty repairs, service, and services performed under service campaigns will be included in the price offered at authorized service stations. The buyer requires the supplier to indicate at least one authorized service station in the Małopolskie Voivodeship. If the supplier does not indicate an authorized service in this region, they must arrange and cover the transportation of the vehicle to an authorized service in another location for warranty repairs or services, and then return the vehicle to the buyer's location. For each vehicle delivered, the supplier must include documents specified in Annex 2 (Technical Specification - point VII.2) in Polish. The buyer allows equivalent solutions to those described in the procurement documentation standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and reference technical systems, in accordance with Article 101(4) of the Public Procurement Law.
