Delivery of Delivery Vans in Poland

This contract involves the delivery of delivery vans, divided into two tasks: 1) Task 1 – Delivery of up to 5 delivery vans of category N1. 2) Task 2 – Delivery of 1 delivery van of category M1. Detailed requirements for the vehicles are included in Annex 2 of the SWZ – Technical Specification. The contractor must deliver the vehicles to the buyer's warehouse located at 109 Mogilska Street, Krakow. The contractor will bear the transportation costs. The contractor is required to provide a warranty for each delivered vehicle according to the details in Annex 2 of the SWZ (Technical Specification), but not shorter than the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty repairs, service, and services performed as part of service campaigns will be carried out at authorized service stations. The buyer requires the contractor to indicate at least one authorized vehicle service station in the Małopolskie Voivodeship. If the contractor does not indicate an authorized service in the Małopolskie Voivodeship, they must arrange and cover the transportation of the vehicle to an authorized service in another location for warranty repairs or service, and then return the vehicle to the buyer's location. For each vehicle issued, the contractor must include documents specified in Annex 2 of the SWZ (Technical Specification - p. VII.1.3.1) in Polish. The buyer allows equivalent solutions to those described in the procurement documentation standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and technical reference systems, in accordance with Article 101, paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Law.
