Office Machine Repair and Maintenance Services

The contract involves providing technical service for the maintenance and repair of photocopying machines used by the Police units in the Małopolska region. The contractor will deliver services within the Małopolska province, and transportation costs must be included in the service price, as no additional fees will be covered by the buyer. Detailed information about the quantity, types, and locations of the photocopying machines is provided in Annex 2, which also serves as the pricing form. Maintenance and repairs will be performed based on the buyer's needs and available financial resources. The quantities listed in Annex 2 for maintenance and repairs are not a basis for claims by the contractor if fewer services are required. However, the buyer guarantees that at least 70% of the planned maintenance and working hours will be fulfilled. The service includes: 1) maintenance and inspection of the machines, including cleaning and adjustments of components such as the casing, keyboard, optics, and internal parts; 2) replacement of all damaged or worn-out parts; 3) calibration of machines after parts replacement; 4) technical support for the serviced devices. The contractor will provide all necessary parts for repairs or maintenance. A warranty of 12 months will be provided for parts, materials, and services, but not less than the manufacturer's warranty. The contractor guarantees repairs using original parts or equivalent substitutes. Services will be provided at Police units in the Małopolska region on weekdays from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. In special cases, repairs may be conducted at the contractor's facility with the buyer's consent, and equipment may only be removed with a material pass issued by an authorized buyer's employee. The buyer reserves the right to request the return of replaced parts or materials. Additionally, the buyer plans to utilize parts and materials worth 27,545.00 PLN for the execution of the contract.
