    Brief

    This contract involves the delivery of a Radio Frequency (RF) system suitable for conducting tests according to international standards and documents: ISO 11452-2, ISO 11452-4, UN Reg.10 Rev.06 20MHz-2GHz (draft rev.7 - 6GHz) and vehicle manufacturer standards: PSA Group B21 7110D, VW TL81000, BMW GS 95002-2, FCA CS-00054, Ford FMC 1278, MBN 50284-2. The equipment must allow testing of objects with dimensions up to 2.5m x 1.5m x 1.2m. The tested objects can be powered and connected to communication, data acquisition, and cooling media conditioning systems. Tests will be conducted in an ALSE chamber, which is part of another task. Minimum technical requirements are specified in § 2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER SWZ. Additional requirements include: 1. Installation and acceptance of the subject of the order within 4 weeks after signing the contract. The contractor must provide a written schedule for delivery, integration, commissioning, acceptance, and training. 2. Within 4 weeks of signing the contract, the contractor should specify all installation requirements necessary for the operation of the devices. 3. At least 2 weeks before installation, the contractor must inform the buyer of their readiness to proceed with the delivery. 4. The available media parameters at the BOSMAL Institute are: a. Power supply: 400 V ±5%, 230 V ±5%. b. Compressed air: 8 bar. c. Cooling circulating water: supply pressure 3 … 5 bar; temperature: 5 … 30 °C. 5. The contractor is responsible for the cost of insuring the equipment during delivery and commissioning, including packaging, loading, transport insurance, transport, unloading, technical documentation, installation, commissioning, and training costs. 6. The contractor must conduct basic training combined with testing specific objects within the contract execution period. The training and its costs should be included in the offer price: a. Training location: buyer's premises. b. Training duration – at least 2 days covering the following areas: i. Key operational aspects, parameters to monitor during system operation, ii. System maintenance, iii. Pre-use activities, test execution. After training, the contractor must issue certificates of completion and provide training materials in written or electronic form. Training materials may be partially in a language other than Polish, but essential information regarding operation and safety must be in Polish. Any references in the specifications to type, trademarks, or origin of the subject of the order should be read with the words “or equivalent.” If the description of the subject of the order refers to standards, technical evaluations, technical specifications, and reference technical systems, the buyer allows equivalent solutions. If equivalent solutions are offered, the buyer will not reject the offer solely because the proposed delivery does not comply with the standards, technical evaluations, technical specifications, and reference technical systems referred to in the description of the subject of the order, provided that the contractor proves in the offer, particularly through the evidence mentioned in Articles 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order. If the description of the subject of the order refers to performance or functionality requirements, the buyer will not reject an offer compliant with the Polish Standard transposing the European standard, standards of other member states of the European Economic Area transposing European standards, with European technical assessment, with common technical specification, with international standard, or with reference technical system established by the European standardization body, provided that these standards, technical evaluations, specifications, and reference systems relate to performance or functionality requirements specified by the buyer, provided that the contractor proves in the offer, particularly through the evidence mentioned in Articles 104-107, that the delivery meets the performance or functionality requirements specified by the buyer.
