    Brief

The Greater London Authority (GLA) has completed initial research on effective co-design and co-investment approaches in adult skills provision, identifying best practices and lessons for partnerships between industry, skills providers, and local government. This Phase 2 opportunity involves testing and validating these research findings and recommendations with real-world stakeholders. The work will assess how the Sector Talent Boards (STBs) model is performing in practice and determine how the research recommendations can be effectively implemented. This is an ideal opportunity for organisations with expertise in stakeholder engagement, skills development, and partnership models to help translate research insights into actionable practice. The successful supplier will work with industry stakeholders, STBs, and key partners to gather feedback and develop implementation guidance before the research is published.
