Internal Refurbishment and Alteration Works at Radford House, Ramsgate

Ramsgate Town Council is seeking a contractor to undertake internal refurbishment and alteration works at Radford House, located at 18-20 Effingham Street, Ramsgate, CT11 9AT. The building, formerly the Ramsgate Fire Station, is being converted to a public facility. The refurbishment works form part of a larger site redevelopment that includes external building alterations and temporary technician accommodation. The contractor will be responsible for repairs, structural modifications, and all internal works necessary to adapt the building from its former use as a fire station to its new public facility purpose. All work must be completed in accordance with the client consultant's specifications and approval. Contractors must demonstrate relevant experience and appropriate skills in similar refurbishment and change-of-use projects as part of their tender submission.
