External Facade Repair Works at Radford House, Ramsgate

Ramsgate Town Council is seeking an experienced contractor to carry out remedial repair and maintenance works to the external façade of Radford House, a public facility located at the former Old Fire Station, 18-20 Effingham Street, Ramsgate, CT11 9AT. The external works are part of a comprehensive redevelopment project that includes internal alterations and temporary technician accommodation (to be procured separately). The contractor must repair and prevent further deterioration of the building's exterior, implement change of use proposals, and protect and restore heritage features in accordance with the architect's specifications and client approval. Experienced contractors with demonstrated expertise in facade restoration, heritage building repair, and maintenance work are invited to tender. Tenderers must provide evidence of relevant experience and qualifications as part of their submission.
