Disabled Persons Railcard Eligibility Assessment Service

We are seeking a Service Partner to operate an independent Decision-Making Service (DMS) function that will review, validate, and determine applicant eligibility for the Disabled Persons Railcard (DPRC) according to established eligibility criteria and rules. The service will process DPRC applications and supporting evidence within the Rail Delivery Group's (RDG) CRM infrastructure to deliver consistent eligibility decisions. This is an assessment and decision-making function only; it does not include customer contact handling services such as inbound calls, webchat, or general enquiries. The successful service partner will focus exclusively on application processing and eligibility determination.
