Supported Living Service for Adults with Complex Mental Health Needs

West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking an experienced provider to deliver supported living services for adults with severe, enduring, and complex mental health needs. The service will operate over a period of up to 24 months using a rehabilitation model to provide person-centered care and support. The provider should have demonstrated expertise in mental health support, rehabilitation approaches, and supported living environments. This is an opportunity to support vulnerable adults in the community through structured, evidence-based interventions aimed at recovery and independence. Providers should be able to offer flexible, high-quality support tailored to individual needs within the St Andrews Way service framework.
