Ash Dieback Tree Removal and Site Restoration Services

This contract requires a qualified contractor to fell, remove, and dispose of ash trees affected by ash dieback disease (Class 3 and 4) at three public sites: Banstead Downs & Park Downs (Lot 1), Banstead Heath & Burgh Heath (Lot 2), and Reigate Hill (Lot 3). The contractor must obtain all necessary felling licences and permissions, comply with FISA guidance, British Standards, environmental legislation, and health and safety requirements. Services include pre-works surveys, forestry operations (felling and harvesting of infected trees), arboriculture work (pruning nearby trees to prevent damage), and ground reinstatement to prepare areas for natural tree regeneration and public access. Bidders can bid for individual lots or multiple lots based on their capability and location.
