Cyber Security Awareness Services for HSE Ireland

The Health Service Executive (HSE) in Ireland is seeking qualified service providers to deliver comprehensive cyber security awareness services through two separate lots. Lot 1 encompasses simulated email phishing exercises combined with custom cybersecurity training and awareness programs for HSE staff and contractors. Lot 2 focuses on new simulated attack services including SMS phishing (smishing) and voice call phishing (vishing) campaigns. The HSE operates a dedicated cyber security awareness program that has been running for five years, with regular phishing simulations and customized training already in place. This tender aims to continue these existing services while expanding the program to include emerging threat simulations. Suppliers should be experienced in designing and executing realistic cyber security awareness campaigns that prepare workforce members for current and evolving cybersecurity threats. The services are intended to strengthen the HSE's overall security posture by building employee awareness and resilience against social engineering attacks.
