    Brief

Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified provider to design, manufacture, supply, and install comprehensive wayfinding and signage solutions for the new Moorfields and UCL Centre for Eye Health in St Pancras, London. This integrated facility will combine clinical eye care, research, and education services in a purpose-built development. The signage package encompasses external illuminated and non-illuminated signs, totems, internal directional signage, building directories, door signage, accessible Braille and tactile elements, and direct-applied graphics. The successful contractor must deliver a high-quality, design-led solution that emphasizes accessibility and inclusive design while coordinating with the broader construction programme. Manufacturing is expected to begin after contract award, with on-site installation commencing around February 2027. This procurement follows a two-stage Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023, with shortlisting of four tenderers for Stage 2. Contract award is anticipated for September/October 2026.
