    Brief

The Humber Violence Prevention Partnership (HVPP) is seeking bids from experienced organisations to conduct research understanding three vulnerable cohorts: Children Missing Education (CME), Elective Home Education (EHE), and young people Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET). This mixed-methods study will combine quantitative analysis of prevalence rates with qualitative research exploring the challenges faced by these young people, with particular emphasis on capturing the voices of those who have experienced or witnessed violence or abuse. School attendance is recognised as a protective factor against serious violence, making this research critical to the HVPP's evidence-led, public health approach to violence reduction across the region. The successful organisation will develop insights that inform strategies and interventions designed by and for young people. Budget available: less than £28,500. Responses must be submitted using the provided template in Word or PDF format via email as specified in the tender documentation.
