    Brief

This opportunity invites a consortium to deliver specialist services addressing tech-facilitated violence against women and girls (TFVAWG) across London. The service will provide direct support to victims and survivors, equip professionals and families with resources and guidance, and ensure London's response evolves with emerging technologies and abuse tactics. The consortium must include a lead provider, a VAWG specialist element covering all forms of VAWG, and dedicated tech expertise. Key requirements include delivering all programme elements, rapid mobilisation, robust safeguarding, anti-racist and anti-discriminatory practices, London living wage compliance, and pan-London coverage. The initial contract runs for 3 years (2027-2030) with a value of £6,000,000 (excluding VAT), with an optional 1-year extension worth £2,000,000, totalling up to 4 years and £8,000,000.
