    The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) is undertaking a comprehensive review of its Research Services and will be retendering three key service contracts: the Public Attitude Survey (PAS), User Satisfaction Survey (USS), and Telephone and Digital Investigation Unit (TDIU) Survey. This opportunity also includes additional public voice research requirements. MOPAC is currently conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement Exercise to explore ways to improve service delivery and gather supplier input on potential improvements.
