Occupational Health and Employee Wellbeing Services

Affinity Water is seeking a provider to deliver comprehensive occupational health and employee wellbeing services across the organization. The successful supplier will provide occupational health advisory services including case management, fitness-for-work assessments, and return-to-work support. Services also include pre-employment screening and safety-critical medical assessments, health surveillance through planned onsite clinics, and management advice via telephone and email support. The provider must offer an Employee Assistance Programme with mental health and counselling support, musculoskeletal and physiotherapy services, and workplace wellbeing initiatives such as health assessments and awareness campaigns. Additionally, the supplier will conduct workplace assessments including Display Screen Equipment (DSE) evaluations and workplace adjustment assessments. This is a critical service supporting employee health, safety, and productivity across Affinity Water's operations.
