Cleaning Services Contract for Multiple Community Gateway Association Facilities

Community Gateway Association (CGA) is seeking to procure cleaning services for 17 locations across the North West, including head offices, residential accommodation, sheltered housing, and extra care schemes. The current contract has been in place since 2015, and CGA is now undertaking a Pre Market Engagement exercise ahead of a formal procurement process expected to launch in Summer 2026, with a new contract commencing in April 2027. Services required include cleaning of communal areas, offices and washrooms; interior and exterior window cleaning; washroom and hygiene services; consumables replenishment; litter picking; deep and periodic cleaning; emergency reactive callouts; and floor cleaning and maintenance.
