Concierge and Security Services Contract

Community Gateway Association (CGA) is seeking qualified providers to deliver concierge and security services across multiple support schemes. Services required include: concierge and security staffing at designated CGA facilities, key holding services for Harbour House and Chain Caul Way, and occasional manned guarding. The contract commences April 2027 for an initial 3-year term with options to extend for up to 2 additional years (maximum 5 years total). The estimated contract value is £1,310,000 including VAT over the full 5-year potential period (£262,000 annually including VAT), excluding annual price indexation.
