    Brief

The GLA Group is seeking an external partner to support the development and delivery of its AI Adoption Programme. Key activities include: developing and embedding common AI principles across the organisation; supporting organisational policy and governance; designing and delivering tiered AI training; and co-designing an operating model and evaluation framework for identifying, piloting and scaling AI opportunities. This is a preliminary market engagement exercise to understand market capability, delivery approaches, resource requirements, indicative costs, timescales and commercial models. Participation does not constitute a formal call for competition and will not influence any future procurement process. The GLA Group welcomes early engagement from organisations with experience in AI adoption, change management, training delivery and organisational governance.
