Framework Agreement for New Build Housing Construction Services (4 Years with Optional 1-Year Extension)

Link Group is seeking to establish a framework agreement with building contractors to provide construction services for new build housing across Scotland over a four-year period, with a possible one-year extension. The framework may also include design and construction services. Who Can Apply: Building contractors with demonstrated experience in social housing projects ranging from 5 to 500 units, including flats, houses, and retirement living developments across various tenures (affordable, private rented, and market sale). Scope of Work: Projects will primarily focus on new build housing but may also include rehabilitation of existing properties, office and commercial developments, extensions, community facilities, adaptations, and planned maintenance. Projects vary in size, tenure, and type from mainstream housing to specialized needs housing. Geographic Coverage: Work will be primarily located in the Central Belt of Scotland, Argyll & Bute, and Highland regions, though projects may occur anywhere in Scotland. No specific unit numbers are guaranteed in any area. How It Works: No work is guaranteed. Individual projects will be commissioned through direct selection or mini-tender competitions to ensure the most economically advantageous tender is selected. The framework agreement extends to Link Group subsidiaries (Link Living, C~urb 6 Ltd, Horizon Housing Association Ltd, Larkfield Housing Association, West Highland Housing Association), external partner organizations, and any Registered Social Landlord operating in Scotland (subject to Link's approval). Expectations: Successful contractors must deliver high-quality services and value for money on all projects.
