The University seeks a Framework Agreement with 3-4 qualified surveying and project management firms to deliver comprehensive building surveying services across its campus for projects up to £2.5m net construction cost. This 4-year framework is anticipated to involve approximately £1.5m incl VAT in total project management spending. Services will support diverse project types including extensions, refurbishments, compliance works (legionella, fire safety, DDA), mechanical and electrical engineering, and enabling works. While not lotted by discipline, suppliers must deliver the full range of services either directly or through named partnerships with competent third-party organizations.
