    Brief

The University is establishing a framework agreement for project management consultancy services across its campus. The Consultants will provide internal project management support, working in the University's interests to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate stakeholders, manage external consultants and contractors, and deliver project governance on behalf of the University. This framework addresses the University's need for professional project management across a diverse portfolio of smaller-value projects that individually would not justify dedicated external project managers, while the University lacks sufficient internal capacity. Services required include: building extensions, conversions and refurbishments, legislative compliance works (legionella, fire safety, DDA), mechanical and electrical engineering projects, and enabling works for major capital projects. Each project will have a net construction cost of up to £2.5 million. Framework Details: - Total anticipated spend: £920,000 ex VAT over 4 years - Agreement duration: 4 years - Expected number of suppliers: 2 or 3 - Refer to Schedule 5 (Specification) for detailed requirements
